The hotel's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Staff members are polite but lack professionalism and attentiveness, especially during check-in and check-out.

I had a wonderful weekend stay at this hotel surrounded by nature. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with a stunning forest view from the terrace. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the spa experience was heavenly. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially Nataliia at the reception who even helped me with taxi arrangements.

I did find a few negatives during my stay. The staff was friendly, but not always professional.

The hotel was overpriced for what it offered. We were disappointed that we had to pay extra for access to the pool area and the lack of complimentary toiletries in the room was inconvenient.
